Princess Cruises has officially launched its 2025 summer season in Europe with the Majestic Princess leading the way. The season will feature six ships sailing a total of 185 departures across the region.

Departing from six homeports, these vessels will offer 96 distinct itineraries, visiting 106 destinations that include embarkation ports, scenic cruising areas, and ports of call.

Cruises will take guests to 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites across 30 countries throughout Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.

Itinerary highlights include extended port stays and late-night departures from 20 cities, giving passengers more time to explore each destination.

Returning to Europe after eight years, the Majestic Princess is joined by the Sun Princess, which is coming back after its 2024 debut. This LNG-powered ship is scheduled to begin its Mediterranean voyages in early April.

Also joining the fleet later in the year is the Star Princess, currently being built in Italy. The 4,300-passenger ship will enter service in late September, offering two Mediterranean sailings before heading to the Caribbean for the winter.

Destinations on the seven- to 11-night cruises include Spain, France, Italy, and the UK, with ports such as Málaga, Cartagena, Marseille, Naples, Palermo, and Gibraltar on the itinerary.

Additional ships sailing in the region include the Sky Princess, Regal Princess, and Crown Princess, all offering departures from Southampton.

Other homeports for the 2025 season include Barcelona, Civitavecchia, Trieste, and Piraeus, with routes covering the Mediterranean, British Isles, Scandinavia, the Baltic, Norway, and Iceland.

Looking ahead to 2026, Princess Cruises plans to return to Europe with five ships: Enchanted Princess, Majestic Princess, Sapphire Princess, Sky Princess, and Sun Princess.
