Swire Renewable Energy & Tien Li Offshore Wind Technology Join Forces

Swire Renewable Energy, a company specializing in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of wind turbines, is joining forces with Tien Li Offshore Wind Technology, a Taiwanese manufacturer of wind turbine blades, to expand their services in the Taiwanese offshore wind market and across the Asia Pacific region.

The partnership was cemented in Taipei through a memorandum of understanding, aiming to establish a joint venture. This venture focuses on cultivating a vast pool of local Taiwanese talent proficient in various skills, including blade repair, electrical and mechanical maintenance, offshore marine logistics, and the operation and maintenance of wind turbines.

In 2023, Swire Renewable Energy established its presence in Taiwan, contributing to major projects like the Greater Changhua, Yunlin, Chang Fang Xi Dao, and Zhong Neng offshore wind farms over the past two years.
