Singfar Group is poised to enhance its fleet with up to four newly constructed LNG bunker vessels.

Industry insiders have connected the Singapore-based company with a deal at CSSC Guangzhou Wenchong Shipbuilding. This agreement includes two 20,000-cubic-meter vessels, with an option for two more.

The cost of the confirmed ships, slated for delivery starting in August 2027, has not been disclosed.

Renowned for its bunkering operations and involvement in the crude and product tanker markets, Singfar Group has been actively expanding its fleet since last year.

The company has commissioned four 50,000-dwt MR tankers from China’s Chengxi Shipyard for delivery in 2026. Additionally, it has two 115,000-dwt aframax tankers under construction at New Times Shipbuilding, which are chartered to Malaysian tanker operator AET from 2027. A 6,700-dwt bunker vessel is also scheduled for delivery from Lianyungang Shenghua next year.
