Princess Cruises Unveils New Features for Star Princess

Princess Cruises has announced exciting new features for the Star Princess, the second ship in the Sphere Class, set to launch in the fall of 2025.
The Star Princess will offer a range of upgrades, including expanded dining options, enhanced leisure activities, and new non-smoking casino areas.
“After the overwhelming response to Sun Princess, we are excited to debut her sister ship, Star Princess, with added enhancements to elevate the guest experience,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises. “From expanded non-smoking casino areas to new spaces for relaxation and recreation, Star Princess will deliver an unforgettable vacation for all when she launches in fall 2025.”
New Highlights on the Star Princess:
- Expanded Non-Smoking Casino Areas: The casino will introduce 68 more slot machines in smoke-free zones for a healthier gaming environment.
- New SkyDeck Sports Court & Track: The SkyDeck will introduce a new sports court for pickleball and basketball, alongside a jogging track, splash pad, and shaded areas for relaxation.
- Expanded Love by Britto: This art-inspired dining venue will add 20 seats, offering guests the chance to savor a seven-course fusion menu created by artist Romero Britto and Chef Rudi Sodamin.
- O’Malley’s Irish Pub Expansion: With an additional 32 seats, the pub will welcome more guests to enjoy traditional Irish cuisine, live music, and a selection of beers and whiskeys.
