MSC Cruises to Launch First-Ever Alaska Sailings in 2026

MSC Cruises has announced its inaugural sailings to Alaska, with itineraries now available for booking. For the 2026 season, the MSC Poesia will be based in Seattle, offering seven-night cruises to Alaska and Canada starting on May 11, 2026.

The itineraries will feature stops at Ketchikan, Icy Strait Hoonah, Tracy Arm, Juneau, and Victoria.

After spending the summer in Alaska, the MSC Poesia will reposition to Miami for the winter season. Additionally, it will offer transit cruises through the Panama Canal en route to and from Alaska, adding more variety to its U.S.-based itineraries.
