MSC Virtuosa Unveils New Entertainment for Summer 2025

MSC Cruises has announced an exciting new entertainment lineup for MSC Virtuosa during its summer 2025 season, featuring Dirty Dancing: In Concert, a live-to-film musical experience.
The ship will be homeported in Southampton, UK, and will sail to destinations in Northern Europe, the Atlantic coast, the Norwegian fjords, and the Canary Islands.
The first performance of Dirty Dancing: In Concert is set for July 10, 2025, with a live band, singers, and dancers performing alongside the iconic film. Guests can also take part in Dirty Dancing-themed after-show parties with sing-alongs.
Additional entertainment includes Songbook Abba, a tribute featuring ABBA’s greatest hits, and Starwalker, a celebration of Michael Jackson’s legendary music.
MSC Virtuosa will also debut Hall of Fame, a show honoring pop music icons, along with two new circus-style aerial performances at the Carousel Lounge, launching in June and autumn 2025. The names of the circus productions will be chosen by families and children onboard.
Steve Leatham, vice president of entertainment at MSC Cruises, shared: “Providing an impressive array of spectacular entertainment options for every type of guest around the clock is key to creating an unforgettable cruise experience. MSC Virtuosa is an incredible platform for pushing the boundaries of entertainment at sea.”
He added: “We’re thrilled to introduce brand-new daytime and evening headline events that will leave our guests in awe. We’re particularly excited about the premiere of ‘Dirty Dancing: In Concert,’ ‘Hall of Fame,’ and our newest Carousel Productions Cirque shows, which will both debut this summer.”
The Virtuosa will also join MSC World America in bringing Dirty Dancing: In Concert and the Hall of Fame show to Caribbean sailings.
