Holland America Line Launches New Celebration Décor Packages

Holland America Line is rolling out upgraded stateroom décor packages for birthdays and anniversaries, with availability across the entire fleet by December 2024, according to a press release.

Guests can purchase these décor packages in advance and have them ready in their staterooms on the day they embark. Each package includes decorations and unique keepsakes. The standard package is priced at $54.95, while the deluxe option costs $79.95. Both include a festive door magnet, hanging magnetic ceiling banners, and a lanyard, with the deluxe package featuring an additional “Time to Celebrate” blanket.

“So many of our guests choose to cruise to celebrate a special milestone, and these upgraded décor packages are a great way to enhance their at-sea experiences and create cherished memories,” said Carole Biencourt, vice president of guest commerce at Holland America Line. “With the variety of birthday and anniversary package options to choose from, we hope our guests will celebrate in style.”

Guests can further personalize their celebrations by adding items such as birthday cakes, champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, or spa treatments.

In addition, the company plans to introduce new décor packages for winter holidays, bon voyage parties, Alaskan journeys, and themed experiences featuring Lewie the Lion, the line’s mascot.
