Chocolate Heaven Onboard as Holland America & Lindt Team Up
Holland America Line has announced a new collaboration with Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) to offer specially crafted experiences on board, according to a press release.
On Gala Night, guests will be welcomed with the “Sweet Dreams” turndown service, which will feature Lindt LINDOR milk chocolate truffles or Sea Salt milk chocolate truffles once per cruise.
Starting in August 2024, Lindt chocolate desserts, including a signature tulip-shaped Lindt chocolate mousse cake, will be available in various venues across the fleet.
From summer 2024, passengers can enjoy a Lindt Sundae with vanilla ice cream topped with a specially crafted Lindt chocolate sauce. This dessert, along with Lindt chocolate tulips, will be served one evening per cruise in the Dining Room as part of the Dutch Day dinner menu.
In anticipation of World Chocolate Day in July 2024, Holland America will introduce a Lindt Flourless Chocolate Cake, created in collaboration with Lindt’s Master Chocolatier, Ann Czaja. This cake will be featured on the Dining Room menu for sailings longer than seven days and will be part of the ‘Cake Me Away’ program.
