Saudi Arabia Launches 'No Limits' Campaign with Aroya Cruise
The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA) has unveiled the "No Limits" campaign in conjunction with the maiden voyage of the Aroya, Saudi Arabia’s first cruise ship to sail the Red Sea.
The campaign aims to boost interest in a range of maritime activities, including yachting, diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, and beach adventures. It also promotes the Red Sea’s unique appeal, such as its warm winter climate, coral reefs, and pristine sandy beaches, positioning it as a prime destination for coastal tourism.
This initiative aligns with the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify the Kingdom's economy and expand its tourism sector. The campaign is part of SRSA’s strategy to regulate and grow coastal tourism.
To support the initiative, the SRSA issued its first Maritime Tourism Agent License to Cruise Saudi and granted its first Leisure Tourism Technical License for the Aroya cruise ship. Additionally, SRSA introduced updated regulations and technical codes aimed at strengthening coastal tourism infrastructure, encouraging investments, and enhancing the Kingdom’s overall tourism experience.
