Ocean Network Express and LX Pantos Form Joint Venture

Japanese shipping company Ocean Network Express (ONE) has partnered with Korean logistics firm LX Pantos to launch Boxlinks, a joint venture aimed at providing end-to-end domestic intermodal transportation services in the United States.

Boxlinks will offer customized transportation solutions for customers across the US, utilizing an expanded equipment pool to enhance inland and coastal shipping options. Through this collaboration, customers can seamlessly access containers for their domestic freight needs.

Hiroki Tsujii, head of product and network at ONE, highlighted the impact of the new venture:

“Through Boxlinks, we are transforming how we deliver value in the United States. We will build a more resilient and agile inland network that will benefit our customers in the domestic market.”

The joint venture aims to streamline logistics operations and improve supply chain efficiency, reinforcing the commitment of both ONE and LX Pantos to innovation and customer-centric solutions in the evolving US transportation sector.
