The MSC World America, set to launch from Miami in 2025, will bring several new concepts on board, including a sports bar, comedy club, revamped lounges, and a reimagined Sweet Temptations gelato and frozen yogurt bar, as announced in a recent press release.

The ship will also introduce seven distinct districts, designed to offer guests of all ages the ability to personalize their vacation experience.

“New experiences await guests throughout MSC World America, and when it comes to bars, lounges as well as destinations to grab a sweet treat, we’ve worked hard to bring something truly unique to this groundbreaking ship," said Bernhard Stacher, senior vice president of shipboard hospitality operations at MSC Cruises.

"In a first for MSC Cruises, we will be debuting two brand-new lounge concepts – All-Stars Sports Bar, offering an authentic game-day atmosphere with all-American fare and bar games, and The Loft, a multi-purpose venue for comedy, karaoke and more.”

Stacher also highlighted enhanced drink menus across the ship, adding, “We’ve also enhanced the drink menus, with upscale cocktails, more bourbons, American-style beers and gin from craft American distilleries to elevate the experience and make sure guests find something perfect for every occasion.”

The All-Stars Sports Bar, situated in the Promenade district, will feature an ocean-view terrace, offer classic American cuisine, broadcast major sports events, and include interactive games like digital shuffleboard, foosball, and darts.

Located in the Terraces district, The Loft will be an adults-only venue hosting comedy shows, dueling pianos, and karaoke nights, with entertainment running late into the evening.

Elixir – Mixology Bar will stand out for its creative cocktails, emphasizing bourbon-based drinks alongside a selection of spirits mixed with Fever Tree sodas and fresh ingredients.

Masters of the Seas, a British pub also in the Terraces district, will feature live music and house its second full-scale microbrewery at sea, offering craft beers brewed specifically for the American market using desalinated seawater and American hops, in partnership with South Florida’s La Tropicale brewery.

The Gin Project will showcase 20 craft gins from American and Canadian distilleries, while Coffee Emporium will offer a modern café setting featuring coffee beans sourced from France, Italy, Turkey, and Morocco.

Lastly, Sweet Temptations will satisfy sweet cravings with crazy shakes, Venchi chocolate pick 'n' mix, gelato, a self-serve frozen yogurt bar, and customizable ice cream options, along with hot crepes, waffles, and doughnuts.
