Costa Adds New Menu, Shows to Pummid’Oro Pizzeria

Costa Cruises is enhancing the guest experience at Pizzeria Pummid’Oro aboard the Costa Toscana, introducing a revamped menu and live entertainment, the cruise line announced in a press release.
The updated menu now features 15 pizza varieties served daily, including classics like Margherita and Quattro Formaggi, as well as specialty pizzas topped with authentic Italian ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella, mortadella, and San Marzano tomatoes. A rotating daily special keeps the offerings fresh. Appetizers include traditional Italian fare like prosciutto, marinated tomini cheese, eggplant roulades, and bruschetta.
For dessert, guests can enjoy panna cotta with assorted toppings, profiteroles, Nutella pizza, and a deconstructed tiramisù. A dedicated children’s menu features creatively shaped pizzas, beverages, and activity placemats to keep young diners entertained.
Costa also plans to introduce a refreshed beer menu, which will include new and exclusive options fleetwide by May 2025. The beer selection will first launch aboard the Costa Serena in November.
Entertainment on Costa Toscana now includes acrobatic pizza-making displays, flair bartending performances, and guest-participation activities. A simplified version of the experience—featuring the kids’ menu and pizza show—is available on both Costa Smeralda and Costa Diadema.
Additionally, Costa Cruises is promoting its “Birthday Sale,” with discounted fares on select Mediterranean sailings between June and November 2025. The sale, valid through April 23, 2025, offers rates starting at $418 per person based on double occupancy.
