Carnival Cruise Line is rolling out an improved version of its Learn & Earn platform for travel advisors, expanding its popular Loyalty Rocks! program, according to a recent press release.

The revamped program now features more than 50 video-based courses aimed at deepening advisors' knowledge of Carnival’s offerings, industry trends, and providing social media training, as stated by the company.

“The travel industry, especially cruising, has experienced unprecedented growth in the past two years, and these updates to our training program will help travel advisors capitalize on the opportunity that growth presents,” said Meegan Broussard, senior director of trade marketing and sales communications for Carnival Cruise Line.

She added, “We’ve enjoyed a great amount of success together with our travel advisor partners and our Learn & Earn courses are a great way of continuing to build toward more success for the future.”

The updated program offers travel advisors several incentives, such as double Loyalty Rocks! points for each completed course, with an additional 50-point bonus upon graduation. These reward points can be exchanged for items like gift cards and other merchandise.

Launched in 2019, the Loyalty Rocks! Learn & Earn program has seen over 500,000 courses completed each year, with more than 10,000 advisors graduating annually. The new courses were developed using feedback from those who have completed the program.
