South Korean Chemical Tanker Capsizes Off Japan Coast

A chemical tanker flying the South Korean flag has overturned near the coast of Yamaguchi prefecture in western Japan, and efforts to save the crew members are in progress, according to a report by NHK, Japan's public broadcaster, which cited the Coast Guard.
NHK stated that the tanker, named Keoyoung Sun, called for help shortly after 0700 local time (2200 GMT), alerting authorities that the ship was leaning dangerously. The vessel had 11 crew members aboard, and to date, four individuals have been successfully rescued.
