Second 'Love Boat' Cruise for Princess Cruises to Set Sail
Princess Cruises has introduced an exclusive VIP package for its second Love Boat-themed cruise, featuring beloved characters from the show: Doc, Gopher, Isaac, and Vicki Stubing.
This seven-day Love Boat cruise departs from New York City and includes stops in Boston; Eastport, Maine; Saint John, Canada (for Bay of Fundy); and Halifax, Canada.
Jill Whelan, who played Vicki and now serves as Princess Cruises Celebrations Ambassador, will join fellow Love Boat cast members Bernie Kopell (Doc), Fred Grandy (Gopher), and Ted Lange (Isaac) for the themed cruise aboard the Enchanted Princess. This special voyage to Canada and New England is scheduled for August 31 to September 7, 2024, according to a press release.
Joining the cast will be Ezra Freeman, the bartender from CBS and Paramount+ reality dating series "The Real Love Boat."
Whelan expressed her excitement: "After the tremendous outpouring of love on the first themed cruise, we knew we had to create an exclusive experience for our super fans on the upcoming voyage. My castmates and I are highly anticipating the upcoming cruise, where we’ll be able to spend more time with these passionate cruisers and fans and we can’t wait to hear how the show impacted their lives."
