Maersk Launches New SLN Mediterranean Sea C Service

Danish shipping company Maersk is merging its SLH and SLZ services to create the new SLN – Mediterranean Sea C service.
This streamlined service will offer a direct connection between the East and West Mediterranean regions, aiming to reduce transit times for exporters and importers and enhance delivery speed to market.
The SLN service will follow a rotation that includes Mersin (Turkey), Haifa (Israel), Alexandria (Egypt), Fos-sur-Mer (France), Barcelona (Spain), Valencia (Spain), Algeciras (Spain), Casablanca (Morocco), and Port Tangier (Morocco).
The SLN – Mediterranean Sea C service is set to commence on January 10, with the container vessel Nexoe Maersk departing from the port of Barcelona.
