American Cruise Lines has kicked off its most extensive season on the Columbia and Snake Rivers, with sailings scheduled from April to early November.

In 2024, the company will operate five riverboats on these rivers: the American Song, the American Harmony, the American West, the American Jazz, and the American Pride.

The offered itineraries vary in length from six to 16 days and include a variety of experiences such as guided tours and excursions to notable sites like Mt. St. Helens and Multnomah Falls.

This year’s offerings feature several new and traditional options. Highlights include the 16-Day National Parks and Legendary Rivers sailings, which mix Columbia and Snake River cruises with a week-long exploration of Yellowstone, Glacier, and Grand Teton National Parks.

Other itineraries include a nine-day journey focusing on the Columbia and Snake Rivers, the six-day Highlights of the Columbia River cruise, and the 12-day Northwest Pioneers adventure.

Cruises navigate between Portland, Oregon, and Clarkston, Washington, except for the National Parks and Legendary Rivers route, which travels between Portland, Oregon, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Additionally, passengers can choose from special themed cruises such as the nine-day Lewis and Clark cruises enriched with expert-led sessions, the Vineyard Cruises, which include tours of local vineyards guided by wine experts and the Art Immersion cruises designed for budding painters.
