Michelin Star Chef Joins Swan Hellenic’s Culinary Expedition

JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs announced that Michelin-starred Chef Eric van Bochove from Restaurant ‘t Vlasbloemeken in the Netherlands will be part of Swan Hellenic’s culinary expedition aboard the SH Diana this summer.

This 10-day journey will depart from Amsterdam, Netherlands, and conclude in Lisbon, Portugal, running from August 1 to August 10, 2024. The itinerary includes stops at Saint-Malo, France; Tresco Abbey Garden, UK; and Château de Keriolet, France.

Renowned for his innovative approach to Dutch cuisine, Chef van Bochove will delight guests with his culinary creations throughout the voyage.

Highlights include:

  • Signature Dishes: Guests will savor a curated selection of Eric’s signature dishes, blending traditional Dutch flavors with modern culinary techniques.
  • Gala Dinner: A special Gala Dinner featuring a menu designed by Chef Eric.
  • Interactive Cooking Show: Chef Eric will host live cooking demonstrations, offering guests a glimpse into his culinary process and an opportunity to learn from his expertise.
