Job Overview

The E/R is manned with C/E, 2/E, 3/E, ETO, Jr Elect, Fitter, Oiler x 2 Duties & Responsibilities: · Two four hour watches per day (schedule worked out by Chief Engineer) · Carries out routine maintenance as directed · Responsible for washing and painting in the Engine Room · In Charge of bunkering of Lubricating Oil · In Charge of maintenance of A/E's and all auxiliary machinery: Purifiers, bilge & ballast pumps, air compressors etc. · In Charge of the Sewage Treatment Plant: Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance . Comply with safety, health policy and program on board and training the crew
