Holder of valid Passport, Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book and Seafarer’s Registration Certificate issued by country of nationality. In possession of training certificates pursuant to national or flag state and in accordance with 1978 STCW Convention, as amended; requirements. Have completed approved education and training and meet standard of competence specified in section A-II/1 of the STCW code. Meet the applicable requirement of the regulations in Chapter IV, as appropriate, for performing designated radio duties in accordance with the Radio Regulation.
