Rank: PANTRY Contract: 2 months on / 1 months off rotation Embarkation: Apply via Maritime Zone Type: RO-RO PASS Size: 88 m, 600 pax capacity Requirements: - Make cold appetizers, including salads, vegetable and meat - Garnish dishes with fruit and vegetables - Perform meal-prep activities before guests arrive (like chopping vegetables, cutting fish and meat and washing fruits) - Store ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce food wastage - Check food plating, temperature and portions for all, hot & cold dishes - Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift - Monitor stock and place orders, as needed - Maintain a clean station at all times FOOD PROVIDED ONBOARD ACCOMMODATION ARRANGED BY OPERATOR / ASHORE / USUALLY 1 ROOM – 1 BED BUT SHARED COMMON AREAS Follow the link to apply:
