Rank: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Contract: 3:3 months rotation Embarkation: Apply via Maritime Zone Vessel Type: Cruise Ship Size: 150,695 Grt; 335 m, 16,800 KW, 2xABB Azipod Requirements: Electrical Engineer is responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment for the following installation: ·Main switchboards. ·Generators. ·Air condition and thrusters motors. ·Sub stations / galley stations. ·Automation and monitoring system. ·Main engine Instrumentation and process systems. ·Cyclo converter switchboard. ·Duplex, zero sequence, and commutation reactors. ·Electric propulsion motors including excitation transformer. ·Training of new electricians. ·Low voltage systems including switchboards, transformers. ·Electrically driven deck machinery including winches, sliding doors, etc. ·Electrical shore connection cabinet. ·Steering gears (together with Electronic Engineer). ·Arrival / Departure Stand By Manning according to Star Cruise’s Policy. ·Must be familiar with job duties to Electrical Engineer (B).
