Recommendation from his previous companies Salary from 6120 USD up to 7500 USD Additional guaranteed bonus from charterers minimum 2500 to 3500 to EURO (it depends from his experience because he shouldn’t use pilots in the ports). 4-5 months contract Owners prefer previous experiences from the same type of vessels and not big vessels
