Silversea Cruises has chosen Duval-Leroy as the preferred champagne brand for its fleet, highlighting a shared dedication to top-tier quality.

According to a statement from the company, Duval-Leroy and Silversea are aligned in their core values, notably their commitment to exceptional quality.

Lawrence d’Almeida, Silversea’s wine ambassador, emphasized the importance of quality in their selection process. “When selecting a champagne, the consideration of quality is paramount,” he noted.

“For Silversea, this begins with choosing the right partner. And Duval-Leroy was, for us, a natural choice. It is a long-standing family business, always focused on achieving the highest quality. With Silversea, they share an uncompromising commitment to excellence, achieved through attention to detail and passion for its craft.”

Located in Vertus, in the heart of the Cote des Blancs, Champagne, Duval-Leroy is renowned for its production of a variety of champagnes that embody the rich French tradition.

Aboard Silversea’s vessels, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy three different Duval-Leroy champagnes. The Duval-Leroy Brut Réserve will be offered as the complimentary champagne, welcoming guests to their suites upon arrival.

For those in upper suites, the Duval-Leroy Rosé Prestige Premier Cru will be provided upon embarkation. Additionally, the Duval-Leroy Femme de Champagne 2002 will be available for purchase from the Connoisseur’s wine list.
