Seabourn Launches "Connoisseur Collection" for 2025-26
Seabourn has unveiled its new "Connoisseur Collection," offering a range of culinary and premium wine experiences on most 2025-26 cruises and expeditions. Guests can enjoy exclusive experiences, such as whiskey and wine tastings, as well as a "dinner under the stars" with expertly paired premium wines.
The collection includes two whiskey tastings led by the onboard bar manager, featuring whiskies from Scotland, Japan, and the United States. A special Macallan tasting will also be available, with the bar manager sharing insights about each whiskey’s origins, flavors, and unique characteristics. To complement the tastings, Seabourn will provide palate cleansers like breadsticks and cheeses.
For wine enthusiasts, a global wine tasting will showcase 10 reserve wines from five different countries, with two varietals from each. A sommelier will guide guests through the tasting, highlighting the subtle differences and nuances of each wine.
Additionally, Seabourn will offer a "sommelier lunch," featuring a five-course meal paired with premium reserve wines.
Guests can also indulge in an al fresco dining experience on select voyages, with a curated dinner served alongside fine champagnes and wines under the stars.
These exclusive "Connoisseur Collection" experiences come at an additional cost and can be booked on select days throughout the voyages.
