Job Information Job Description   Minimum 3–5 years of offshore vessel or barge experience in the position of Chief Cook / Head Chef. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in European, Asian, and Continental cuisines and basic bakery skills. Capable of managing galley operations for up to 200 POB of mixed nationalities. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and HACCP requirements. Good English communication and basic computer skills.     Skills and Qualifications: Holding valid Passport and Seaman's book.
