Job Information Job Description Carry out work and orders issued by CCK and/or Master Practice personal safety in the execution of own work on board Stop any unsafe work or practice being observed onboard, regardless of rank, shore-based personnel, contractors, officials, or any other person Report to the CCK and/or Master when STOP WORK AUTHORITY has been used Stewardess trainees are trained in positions that perform tasks, duties, and responsibilities as part of the onboard training program under the supervision and monitoring of the Chief Cook and/or the Master. Stewardess trainees shall not be required to perform any task which are not part of their training duties stated in the Training Record Book. Shipboard training officers or qualified officers shall consider tasks assigned in accordance with the competences targeted in their training record book. Skills and Qualifications: Qualifications: Must be a Graduate of a 4-year BS HRM, BS HM, Culinary graduate, or  2-year HRS course graduate.
