We are looking for a Head of the Agency Department to establish and develop our agency operations in the 3 Cities Area: Gdansk, Szczecin, Gdynia.• High level of independence and responsibility; • Freedom to structure local operations; • Opportunity to build and lead your own local team • Experience in port agency / maritime operations; • Strong operational and commercial mindset; • Comfortable working independently and building a business locally; • No large local team from day one; • You will be the main on-site decision-maker; • The role is entrepreneurial rather than a traditional employee position;
