Job Information Job Description Key Responsibilities and Duties: Meal Service & Pantry Support: Setting tables in the mess room, serving meals to officers and crew, preparing coffee/beverages, and cleaning up after meals. Galley Assistance: Assisting the Chief Cook with washing, cleaning, and preparing food items like vegetables. Housekeeping & Sanitation: Cleaning the galley, pantries, mess rooms, and officers' cabins. Laundry Service: Washing, drying, and ironing crew and officer uniforms and bed linens. Provisions Handling: Assisting in loading, storing, and organizing food supplies in freezers and dry stores. Waste Management: Disposing of galley waste in compliance with MARPOL regulations.
