German-Run Cargo Ship Detained in Ceuta for Bunker Spill

A 31-year-old general cargo ship operated by Germany’s NautiCore Shipping has been detained in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the North African coast, due to a bunker spill.
Last week, fuel oil trails were discovered near Benitez beach, the port's breakwaters, and San Amaro beach in Ceuta, located in the Alboran Sea.
The Antigua & Barbuda-flagged vessel, named Tony Stark, is being held until a bail of $130,000 is paid.
