Chef Juan Carlos Ferrando Joins Swan's North Atlantic Voyage
Chef Juan Carlos Ferrando, a member of the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs association, will be joining Swan Hellenic’s 13-day expedition to the North Atlantic islands as part of the Maris project.
On this journey, Chef Juan will prepare his signature dishes for guests aboard the SH Vega, which will set sail from Dublin to Reykjavik on June 4, 2024.
Alongside his renowned dishes, passengers will also enjoy a specially curated menu for a Gala Dinner. Guests can anticipate a cooking show and gastronomic excursions led by Chef Juan, offering a unique opportunity to delve into local culinary traditions and specialties.
The expedition, titled “In the Wake of Celts and Vikings,” will travel from Ireland to the Scottish isles, including the Hebrides, Shetlands, and Orkney, before visiting the Danish outpost of the Faroe Islands and finally reaching Iceland.
